Create and send email campaigns

As part of the setup fee, you get a custom email template designed to reflect your existing company branding, or however you wish it to appear.
You simply add your text and images to the template via the built in, easy to use editor and send it to your defined email recipients.
For an additional fee you can have a range of email templates, each one designed to suit a specific marketing need or targeted campaign.
They can also be branded to suit seasonal campaigns such as a greeting card, holiday or summer sale etc.

Manage lists and subscribers

The system automatically handles all new signups, unsubscribes, bounces and even spam complaints for you behind the scenes. Keep on the right side of spam laws without having to think about it.
Every email you send includes a single-click unsubscribe link and our preference center feature lets your subscribers manage their own subscription.
You can have a single managed list or multiple mailing lists, each sub-divided as you wish, to allow targeted campaigns. If you have an existing mailing list in a suitable format, this will be imported as part of the initial set up process at no extra cost.

Reporting and analytics

The moment your campaign is sent you have access to a range of reports that show you exactly how your subscribers are interacting with it.
See who is opening it, what parts of the campaign they are interested in, who forwarded it on to a friend, unsubscribed, bounced out or even marked it as spam. Sending for clients? Easily give them access to only the reports you send on their behalf.

For just £199 +VAT we will integrate the marketing system with your website**, design and import a branded template ready for use. We will also pre populate the system with an existing mailing list if you have the data in the correct format.

Send costs

Pay just a £9.95 send fee and 1p per email for each campaign you send.
For example, if you have 1000 recipients on your mailing list you can reach them all, instantly, and in full colour with a huge range of tracking facilities for as little as £19.95.
